Adel's International Karate Center is proud to Introduce our new Instructor Jill Sumner and her fantastic new Fitness Program.  Offering a wide variety of exercise to satisfy anyones need to get in and stay in shape.

A Message from Jill - 

"I want to hear from you!!!!!  Please write to me either on FACEBOOK or email and so I can record your weight now and enter your goal weight in your very own Fitness Chart that I will create for you.

We will have an opportunity to make great friends, share healthy recipies, create food diaries, and record our weight loss from start to finish.

Zumba & Masala Bhangra Workout

 

Zumba_LogoZumba:  workout combining Latin and International music with dance; a totally THRILLING workout that is guarnateed to have you sweating & smiling for a full hour!  Everyone can zumba and you don't have to be coordinated, promise!!!! *note:  dance barefoot on mat, no shoes required!!!!

 


Kick, Sculpt and Jump

Packing  a PUNCH when it comes to training power, strength, functional movement and explosive reaction!!!!  Class encompasses kickboxing, body sculpting with weights and jump ropes  (class time and day to be determined)

4X4 Workout

1 minute of cardio, lower body conditioning, upper body conditioning, core power and 30 seconds of well needed rest respectively!!! i.e., 4X4 Push ups, X-Factor and More exciting exercises offering variety and options for every fitness level

Cardio Magic

Burn TONS of calories with easy to follow cardio drills and simple choreography!!!!


Total Body Conditioning

This class is full of heart-pounding, fat-burning and muscle-toning fun. You will work every muscle in your body and burn some serious calories. Be prepared for an intense workout!

Core Power

The core is the "powerhouse" of the body and this class attacks the core from every angle and in every way!!!

Created by Dr. Emily Splichal!  An effective total body workout focusing on core, power and gait! As seen on The Today Show, Oprah Winfrey Show, The Doctors, Dr. Steve Show & Good Day NY!!!!!  You will LOVE IT!!!!!!!
