Sifu Howard Varsov
A search for a healthful, relaxing way to deal with stress led Sifu Howard, some 15 years ago, to the ancient art of Tai Chi. Research has shown that Tai Chi not only improves flexibility, alignment and muscle tone, but it can also lower blood pressure, increase circulation, improve balance and decrease stress levels.
Sifu Howard is certified to teach Tai Chi by the Artritis Foundation of New York and is a former assistant professor for Tai Chi at Hofstra University. He now brings his extensive training and experience to our Dojo for others seeking Tai Chi's many benefits to mind, body and spirit. |
